Preparation time: 40 min
Ingredients:

400 g pasta
600 g strained tomatoes
220 ml water
1 tsp red thai curry paste
200 g corn
300 g grated emmental cheese
pine nuts
fresh thyme sprigs
salt/pepper
some butter

Preparation:

Use pasta, tomatoes, water and curry paste and put this all together in a pot – salt, pepper and thyme should also be cooked at the same time. Cook your pasta until soft, then add corn, if you want.
Use a casserole and put some butter on it, place the cooked pasta in it and sprinkle with emmentaler cheese.

Bake your pasta (preheated oven at 190°C) for approx. 15 minutes. The cheese should have a golden brown crust. Decorate with fresh thyme and pine nuts.
