Sehr fluffig ist er geworden &#8211; in dieser Hinsicht sollte er n\u00e4mlich so \u00e4hnlich wie m\u00f6glich dem Original sein. Gelungen. Wir servieren ihn heute mit selbstgemachtem Apfelmus &#8211; auch hierzu findet ihr das Rezept unten in der Anleitung.<\/p>\n<p>Bedenkt, dass ihr meine Rezepte auch printen k\u00f6nnt &#8211; falls ihr es nicht direkt schafft, so einen Schmarrn zu backen \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nSpa\u00df! Der Schmarren nimmt ultrawenig Zeit in seiner Vor-\/ und Zubereitung ein und schmecken tut er den Kleinen nat\u00fcrlich wahnsinnig. Dotter mit Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Nach und nach Mehl und Milch, sowie das Mineralwasser untermixen. Eiklar steif schlagen und vorsichtig unter den Teig heben. Butter in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne (oder auf zweimal gebacken) zergehen lassen. Den Teig in die Pfanne f\u00fcllen und auf mittlerer Stufe 5 min backen lassen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Den Teig mittels Pfannenwender in der Pfanne vierteln und jedes St\u00fcck wenden. Weitere 2-3 min fertig backen. Zum Schluss mit zwei Gabeln &quot;zerrupfen&quot;. Mit Staubzucker und Apfelmus servieren.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Apfelmus, die \u00c4pfel waschen und entkernen.
